The free Swisscard app offers the following advantages:

- Summary of transactions for current and previous statement periods and your credit limit

System requirements:

You can install the Swisscard app on different devices, e.g. on several cell phones or tablets.

Devices with the following operating systems are supported:

- Android from version 4.4 onwards

Security:

The Swisscard app has been developed based on the latest international standards. It has a multi-level security system and has been checked and rated as good by certified security specialists. Swisscard is constantly developing the security concept further so that your data is secure today and in future.

The Swisscard app is protected by a PIN code that only you know.

If your cell phone is lost or stolen, please contact us so that we can immediately block access to the Swisscard app.

Services may not be available, available to a restricted extent or only available liable to costs, depending on the card product. This service is currently available to you free of charge. The expense tracker is not currently available to Coop SUPERCARDplus free credit cardholders.

Conditions:

Conditions for use: You are the principal cardholder of a Swisscard AECS GmbH credit card or charge card. For registration within the Swisscard app you must have a valid cell phone number stored with Swisscard AECS GmbH, you also have to agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use for the Swisscard app. The use of the Swisscard app may be restricted or blocked outside Switzerland.

Legal notice:

The customer acknowledges that by registering and using the Swisscard app third parties (e.g. Apple or Google) may under circumstances draw conclusions about the existence of a customer relationship with the issuer and that data necessary for the registration and use of the service is transmitted via an open network accessible to anyone (e.g. Internet, SMS) and worldwide. The individual data packages (with the exception of SMS) are always transmitted encrypted. The sender and recipient remain unencrypted though. As a result, third parties may draw conclusions about current or future card relationships or other business relationships. You acknowledge that the legal provisions of the store operators (App Store from Apple, Play Store from Google) and/or the cell phones’ operating systems, mobile devices’ manufacturers and the mobile telecommunications/Internet providers are not related to those of Swisscard AECS GmbH. All information in the Swisscard app is provided without any guarantee. They may be displayed with a delay.
